Returns Policy

At DreamLifestyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item).

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although in many cases refunds are processed sooner. This period includes:

• 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper,
• 3–5 business days for us to process your return once received, and
• 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

To return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. Once we receive and process your return, we’ll notify you via email.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders across Pakistan. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions based on location or product type.

A flat shipping charge of Rs. 200 applies to all orders, regardless of weight or destination within Pakistan.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping method you choose. Depending on the courier service, estimated delivery times may vary.

Some products may have weight-based shipping. In such cases, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram according to our courier’s policy.
