At Dreams Life Style, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.
If something doesn’t fit or you changed your mind we’ve got you covered.

1. Exchange Policy (7 Days)

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Accepted For:

  • Size change

  • Color change

  • Product replacement (if damaged or wrong item delivered)

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused & unwashed

  • No perfume, stains, makeup marks, or damage

  • Must include original tags & packaging

2. No Return / No Refund

Since this is clothing, we offer exchange only no cash refunds.

Refunds apply only if:

  • The received item is out of stock

  • You received a damaged item and don’t want an exchange

3. Wrong or Defective Product

If you receive:

  • Wrong product

  • Wrong size

  • Damaged item

You must inform us within 24 hours with pictures/video.

We will exchange it free of cost.

4. Size/Color Exchange (Customer Choice)

If you want to change:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Design

Then:

  • Customer will pay return shipping charges + reshipping charges.

5. Items NOT Eligible for Exchange

❌ Used or washed clothes
❌ Items without tags
❌ Items with perfume or sweat smell
❌ Stitched/altered items
❌ Discounted/Sale items (unless damaged)
